- Soul II Soul: Charlotte has been an integral part of Soul II Soul, contributing to their international success. She rejoined the group for their reunion tours and received the PRS Heritage Plaque alongside other members. More recently Jazzie B and Soul II Soul were honoured for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the music industry and were presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the U.K. MOBO's 2024.
- Solo Career: Her solo career includes the release of her self-titled album Charlotte in 1999, featuring the hit single "Skin". She also co-wrote the UK number one single "Good Times" for Roll Deep.
- Awards and Recognitions: Charlotte has won numerous awards including first prizes in both the USA and UK Songwriting Competitions, and she has been recognised as the Best UK Female Artist and Best UK Songwriter at the United Nations Music Aid Awards.
